Marvel Is Back at San Diego Comic-Con
One of the biggest stories surrounding SDCC 2026 is the return of Marvel in a major way.
Marvel is bringing a large presence to the convention with announcements, panels, comics, movies, television, and video game news all potentially competing for the spotlight.
Of course, one of the biggest questions surrounding the weekend is what Marvel Studios could have to say about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
With Avengers: Doomsday among the most anticipated upcoming Marvel projects, fans will be watching closely for any new footage, announcements, or surprises.
But the Marvel news does not stop with the MCU.

PlayStation is making a major appearance at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, bringing several of its biggest upcoming games to the event.
The weekend's lineup includes Marvel's Wolverine, MARVEL Tลkon: Fighting Souls, and God of War Laufey.
Marvel's Wolverine
Insomniac Games' highly anticipated Marvel's Wolverine was one of the major PlayStation panels on Thursday.
The panel offered fans a deeper look at the upcoming game, including behind-the-scenes information and more from the team working on the next major Marvel adventure from the studio behind Marvel's Spider-Man.

⚔️ MARVEL Tลkon: Fighting Souls Open Beta Is Live!
Fighting game fans have a great reason to jump into the action this weekend.
The MARVEL Tลkon: Fighting Souls Open Beta is now live and runs from July 24 through July 26 on PlayStation 5 and PC.
The Open Beta includes:
• 4v4 team-based battles
• Startup Battle tutorial
• Training Mode
• Online battles
• The first three chapters of the Amazing Guardians Episode Mode
• A playable roster featuring heroes and villains from across Marvel
The Open Beta also gives players a chance to try the game before its full launch.

One of the biggest gaming panels still ahead is God of War Laufey: Forging God of War's Next Heroes.
The panel is scheduled for Friday evening and features members of the development team and cast, including:
